What is PSYCH-K®?
PSYCH-K® (psychological kinesiology) is a process for changing subconscious beliefs that limit you, so your automatic behaviors line up with your goals. It was originated by Rob Williams in 1988 and is designed as a safe, non-invasive way to transform self-limiting beliefs into self-enhancing ones. A central feature is creating a “Whole-Brain State,” which balances the brain hemispheres to support new, beneficial beliefs.
