Every year has its own energy.

Some years are about building.
Some years are about unlearning.
Some years are about stepping onto new ground and discovering who you are becoming.

For me, 2025 was a year of deep growth, connection, and initiation.
And as I look ahead to 2026, I feel both gratitude for where I’ve been and excitement for what’s unfolding next.

The year began with movement.

In January I moved house, only a few doors down the same street, but it felt deeply symbolic. A small physical shift somehow marked the start of a much bigger internal one. Shortly after, I attended a Joe Dispenza meditation event, diving into the power of intention, nervous system regulation, and the inner technology of change. It set the tone for a year devoted to presence and transformation.

The heart of 2025 was my participation in the nine month Embodied Tantra Facilitator Training with Temple of Radiance, led by Amanda Biccum and Arja Hendrikx. This training shaped my entire year. I had the privilege of learning from some of the best teachers in the world, studying embodiment, devotion, facilitation, ethics, polarity, intimacy, and the art of holding transformational spaces.

Two of those weeks were spent in Bali in deep immersion. The rest unfolded online and through in-person gatherings across Europe, including the European Tantra Festival, The Field Festival, Ada Divine Awakening Festival, and the Ibiza Tantra Festival, where we were mentored, practiced together, and grew as a global community.

I also had the pleasure of attending the Embodied Woman Retreat with Amanda Biccum in the Netherlands and teaching at the Norwegian Tantra Festival. Throughout the year I integrated what I learned in Yggdrasil Shamanic School by celebrating the rituals of the Wheel of the Year and setting conscious intentions and goals for my own development. I was honored to assist in The Initiatress Training with Temple of Radiance as well.

More than the events themselves, 2025 was a year of beautiful meetings with people, friendships formed, collaborations born, and countless moments of shared humanity. It was a year of stepping more fully into my role as a facilitator, space holder, and lifelong student of Tantra and embodiment.

I ended the year feeling changed, softer, braver, and more rooted in who I am and what I am here to offer.

2026: A Year of Sharing, Serving, and Expanding

And now we turn the page.

In 2026 I am continuing my shamanic education while also deepening and integrating everything I learned in the Embodied Tantra Facilitator Training. This year is about bringing those teachings to life through facilitating, being of service, practicing what I preach, and staying devoted to my own personal growth.

I feel a quiet excitement for what is unfolding. 2026 is already filling with new journeys, new connections, and more opportunities to teach, hold space, assist, and gather in community.

This is a year of stepping forward with greater confidence and tenderness, sharing what I have gathered along the way, and continuing to learn from every space I enter.
